Before you buy

Common questions

Why not just ask an AI chat?

A chat model tends to agree with the person asking, and gives a different answer each time. The engines score evidence with fixed, published rules, so the same inputs always give the same result, and every number links back to the input and method behind it.

What happens after the 30-day Sprint?

It simply ends. Nothing renews and nothing more is charged. About a week before, we email you with your results so far and the options to keep going, such as Builder for regular runs across the engines.

Can I get a refund?

Everything is delivered immediately, so purchases are refunded where the law requires, and your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected. If something has gone wrong, email [email protected].

Where does my data go?

Engine runs and their inputs are saved to your account so you can see your history and run them again, and are used for nothing else. We also use answers and scores, with anything that identifies you removed and amounts rounded, as anonymised statistics for product improvement and industry trends (how it works). Team dashboard packs run entirely on your own systems; nothing from them is sent to us.

Will my board or investors trust the result?

Every score traces to its inputs and a written method you can share. When the decision needs more, a Practitioner Review adds a written interpretation from a Signal Band practitioner.

Can my AI agent buy for me?

Yes. An agent can check fit and create a purchase link through the API or MCP server. You always approve the payment yourself.

What if I need more help than a review?

Readiness Checks, Decision Reviews and engagements are sized per client, starting with a $750 Practitioner Review. After the review we send a written scope and price for anything further.
