What happens after the first 90 days?: The Founder plan continues at $29 a month. We email you before the first monthly charge, and you can cancel from your account at any time.
Can I pay yearly instead?: Yes. The Founder plan is $290 a year. The Commercial teams licence is always paid yearly, up front.
What does fair use mean?: Run checks as often as your decisions need. We limit bulk runs and bulk downloads that look like copying the method, and we tell you before any limit applies.
What does the 30-day setup cover?: Guided virtual sessions to install the Power BI packs, connect your data and run your first decisions, plus email support for the first 30 days.
Are prices in US dollars?: Yes. For buyers in Australia the price includes 10% GST, and Stripe shows it on your receipt. Australian businesses can add their ABN at checkout.
Where is my data kept?: Runs on the website are kept in your account so you can see your history. Runs through the API or an agent are not stored. Details are in the privacy policy.
